NERFA 2018 Nov 8-11
NERFA is happy to offer all organizations, artists and others professionally involved in this crazy business we call Folk Music an opportunity to highlight and advertise their showcase or exhibit hall table, CD release or upcoming performances with a Conference Bag Insert of your design at very reasonable rates. We will be stuffing approximately 900 bags this year. Please note there is a very short window during which your inserts can arrive at the hotel. Feel free to contact our office for further clarification, if necessary.
This form is to be used to add the appropriate Conference Bag Insert fee to the NERFA Shopping Cart.
Conference Bag Insert Fee
Folk Alliance Member rate is $250 per item.
Non-Folk Alliance Member rate is $350 per item.

- Complete the Credit Card transaction with PayPal.
- You will receive an email receipt from NERFA and a separate email from PayPal once you complete payment.
- You will be contacted by the NERFA Office with further instructions about your Conference Bag insert.
