The NERFA team is thrilled to inform you that NERFA has been listening to your suggestions. We have worked with the hotel to separate the cost of your hotel room from the cost of the meals. The two dinners that directly precede the Formal Showcases on Friday and Saturday evening are now include in your conference registration. The other four optional community meals are available for purchase in advance. These meals include, dinner on Thursday night, breakfast Friday morning, brunch Saturday morning and the farewell luncheon on Sunday. All meals are "all-you-can-eat" buffet. The prices quoted below are before the gratuity/service charge and the state tax are added on.
EXTENDED MEAL HOURS: As much as we would like to believe that the workshops and various other NERFA sponsored activities are as important to you as they are to us, we now know that there are those of you who would prefer to sleep a bit later and still be able to grab something to eat when you come down. We hear you and have extended both the breakfast and brunch on Friday and Saturday to accommodate you.
Also, dinner Thursday night will now be starting earlier, but you can still come as late as 8:45 and get a full dinner. Please be aware, however, that the Folk DJ showcase will be starting in the same room as the meal at 7:30. This will require us to curb conversations after that time.
And, finally, we are starting the farewell luncheon on Sunday afternoon a bit earlier to accommodate those of you wanting to get on the road as soon as possible.

Use this form to start the process of RESERVING additional community meals not included in your Conference Registration.
Once your conference registration has been validated, the next page will be displayed where you will be able to select from one to four additional community meals.
Select the meals that you wish to reserve and purchase.
Click the "SEND TO HOTEL" button when completed.
The hotel will process your request and send you instructions and an invoice via email for the additional meals that you selected. The total amount will include gratuity/service charges and state and local taxes.
When you have paid the invoice, you are all set. Meal tickets will be at the NERFA Registration desk.
Requirements and Restrictions:
- You must have a paid conference registration before you can reserve additional community meals.
- Only one reservation per meal can be placed per attendee.
- Enter your first and last name exactly as it was entered on your paid registration.
- Press the CONTINUE button to validate your conference registration.
- If registration validation is successful, the next page will appear.
- Reserve the meals that you want save your selection.
