This form covers the conference registration for the annual fall conference held at the Crowne Plaza Stamford Hotel in Stamford, CT. Included with your registration is:
- Your registration now includes both the Friday evening and Saturday evening community meals. Other meals available at additional charge.
- Access to all Formal, Semi-Formal, Private, Guerrilla and The Suzi Wollenberg Folk DJ Showcases,
- Access to all seminars, workshops and panel discussions,
- Access to mentoring sessions,
- Access to the Exhibit Hall,
- Friday afternoon Welcoming Cocktail Party,
- Sunday morning sponsored Continental Breakfast,
- A NERFA Bag containing the Conference Program Book, badge and various other material reserved for conference registrants.
In prior years, all of the Community Meals were included in your hotel room charges. This year, NERFA has included both the Friday and Saturday evening meals as part of your conference registration. The remaining meals may be reserved a la carte online on the NERFA Website.
In order for the hotel to plan ahead for supplies and manpower, they must place the order two weeks in advance. Therefore they have given us a deadline of October 22 for folks to order these meals. There is a strong chance no meals may be ordered after this date.
Once you have completed and paid your conference registration, please go to the "Reserve Additional Community Meals" menu item in the Fall Conference tab above to select and reserve your additional community meals.
This form ONLY covers the conference registration. There are separate forms for the Formal, Semi-Formal, Private, and Guerilla Showcases. There are also separate forms for Tabletop Exhibitor, Website Banner Ads, Program Book Ad, Hotel Reservations and Additional Community Meal reservations.

The current non-member registration fee is $255.

- Cancel before October 1st - Refund less $80 bookkeeping Fee
- Cancel from October 1st and before and including October 21st - No refund - but may apply ½ the registration fee to next year's NERFA Four-Day Conference.
- After October 21st - NO REFUNDS!

Click on the CONTINUE button at the bottom of the web page to review your entries before adding the registration fee to your NERFA Shopping Cart. After you are satisfied with your entry and have added the registration to the Shopping Cart, you may either add additional registrations for additional performers in your group or, other items that may be available in the right-hand REGISTRATION menu or, continue the checkout process described next.
When ready, review your shopping cart entries and following the procedure to checkout and pay either by credit card or through your PayPal account. Although NERFA uses PayPal for all credit card processing, you do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. You will receive one or more e-mails after your checkout is complete.
